redress.ai is an AI platform where users can chat with AI companions and generate private AI content. The company emphasizes maintaining a secure, respectful, and lawful online environment.

1. Prohibited Content Categories

The platform prohibits the following:

Illegal Content: Material violating local, national, or international laws, including content related to illegal drugs, weapons, or violence advocacy.

Hate Speech & Discrimination: Content promoting discrimination or harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Violence & Harm: Depictions that encourage or glorify violence, self-harm, suicide, or terrorism.

Child Exploitation: Content exploiting minors, including child pornography and sexual exploitation — explicitly prohibited.

Minor-Resembling Content: The policy strictly forbids AI content resembling minors, with violation reviews and removal per moderation procedures.

Intellectual Property Violations: Unauthorized use of copyrighted material, pirated content, or privacy infringements.

Impersonation: Deceptive impersonation of real individuals, public figures, or celebrities.

2. User Responsibility

Users bear sole responsibility for all AI-generated outputs. The platform clarifies it doesn't control or endorse companion-generated content.

3. Enforcement & Moderation

Violations trigger content removal, account suspension, or legal action. The platform uses proprietary AI moderation that may lead to manual review and account termination.
